A conversation with my husband after dinner tonight:
Tom: What is this ice cream for?
Me: Thanksgiving.
Tom: Why did you buy it already?
Me: Because I don’t plan on going back to the store.
Tom: But we have a Stewart’s right up the street.
Me: I know, but this is Breyers All Natural Vanilla.
Tom: It’s just a pint, what are we going to do with a little pint?
Me: Tom, are you asking me if you can have some ice cream?
Tom: Um yeah.
Me: Go ahead, eat the ice cream.
I would have sent him to Stewart’s and kept the Breyer’s for the holiday.
I hear it’s right up the street.
A small scoop of Breyer’s will be much more refreshing on pie than Stewart’s. All those gums really leave a pasty feeling in the mouth.
Are there 8 scoops in a pint?
I agree Daniel B (on both counts). And there would have been plenty for Thanksgiving. I will be back at the Chopper before Thursday. But that’s OK.
