		<description>I do feel like part of a club now, one in which I hope to never renew the membership! My scratches and bruises have become much more colorful than the pictures above show. My right shoulder was hurting pretty good for a day or two, it&#039;s feeling much better now. I know it could have been worse, but I am sure glad it wasn&#039;t.</description>

Nothing like a tip to the ER, then trauma center to make you sit up and think about things. But the next time back in the saddle, I was in love all over again!  Get back on that horse!</description>

I&#039;ve been out three times and have worked up to about 25 miles and it actually has felt pretty good.  Glad you didn&#039;t get more seriously hurt.  I&#039;ve been that person in the ambulance and it sucks.</description>
