Almost like a book, in the sense that every reader (rider) takes away something different from it, yet the story is same. We don't have the cool bakeries here, but more than our share of goats, horses, loose dogs and chicken biscuits. Indeed, that is one aspect that you never really think about, but it is all part of the fun and enjoyment; I find it a very intrinsic feeling. Do you hike? I was thinking about seeing if you wanted to hike this waterfall called Kaaterskill Falls. It's not that bad of a hike, and it's in the country. I don't think cycling is allowed though.
